Genes
GeneAlleleAssay TypeDescription
Irx3 overlapping clones
Irx5 overlapping clones
Irx6 overlapping clones
Notes
  • Experiment
Restriction analysis of a set of overlapping genomic BAC/PAC clones revealed the orientation and distances separating Irx3, Irx5, and Irx6. Irx3 and Irx5 are separated by approximately 550kb and are transcribed in opposite directions, while Irx5 and Irx6are separated by approximately 350kb and are transcribed in the same direction. The order of the genes is: centromere - Irx3 - Irx5 - Irx6 - telomere.
