Notes
  • Experiment
    In order to physically map the order of loci on mouse Chromosome 11, YAC truncation was performed. YAC120F10, YAC185F10 and YAC112A6 indicated the overall order and distance of loci to be as follows: centromere - Krt1-c29 - <80kb - Krt1-10 - <40kb - Krt1-12 - (Krt1-1, Krt1-2, Krt1-4) - 3' - Krt1-13 - 5' - 6-7kb - 3' - Krt1-15 - 5' - 5kb - 3' - Krt1-19 - 5' - 20-100kb - Krt1-14 - <130kb - Krt1-17.
