  • Experiment
    The authors isolated a contig of BAC clones with a Cdc25b probe. The Avp and Cdc25b genes flanked the Atrnmg-3J mutation. The mutation was further localized to a single BAC, 389B9. The 205kb BAC was sequenced to >95% completion. Sequence analysis revealed the following order of markers on mouse Chromosome 2: 5Sp6 - 5' - Adam33mg - 3' - 3' - Gfra4 - 5' - 3' Adaml - 5' - 3' Sn - 5' - Cdc25b. The Cenpb gene was also localized to this BAC.
