Origin: LEW/Ss to Hall Institute, to CSIRO in Brisbane, Australia. Presumed genetic comtamination some time prior to 1980, and re-named JC. To Dr. T Fukumoto, Hamamatsu University School of Medicine in 1983. Genetic markers described by Adams et al (1984).
