Photographs of Nfkbiztm1Mamo/Nfkbiztm1Mamo mice 37 days old (A) and 69 days old (B and C) with moderate and severe atopic dermatitis-like lesions, respectively, and a normal 70 day old control mouse (D). The 37 day old mutant mouse showed a slight scale-covered thickening of the periocular skin and a marked swelling of the eyelid (A). By 10 weeks, the eruption had expanded from the periocular skin to the skin of the neck and had increased in severity (B and C). In contrast, the 70 day old wild type mouse appears normal (D).
