C, a schematic drawing of the Klf6 wild-type genomic locus, targeting vector, floxed mutant allele (Klf6tm1Fjs) and Klf6 deleted allele upon conditional Cre recombinase-mediated deletion. The targeting vector was generated by inserting two loxP sites flanking a neo cassette between exons 1 and 2 and a loxP site just upstream of exon 3.
