Phenotype Image Detail
Caption A: E12.5 wild type mouse. B: E12.5 Fgfr2tm1.1Dsn/Fgfr2tm1.1Dsn mouse. C: E12.5 Fgf10tm1Ska/Fgf10tm1Ska mouse. In the wild type mouse (A), the Initial Bud Stage submandibular gland (SMG) is seen in the mandible ventrolateral to the tongue. By contrast, the SMG bud (outlined in white in the Fgfr2tm1.1Dsn/Fgfr2tm1.1Dsn (B) and Fgf10tm1Ska/Fgf10tm1Ska (C) mice is extremely small, resembling the earliest Initial Bud Stage SMG. Scalebar, 50um.
