• in response to transcorneal electrical stimulation, mice exhibit generalized, tonic-clonic seizures and maximal tonic hindlimb extension seizures unlike wild-type mice
• mice exhibit lower electroconvulsive threshold to generalized seizure compared with wild-type mice
• in response to transcorneal electrical stimulation
• in response to transcorneal electrical stimulation or PTZ treatment
• after 6 months, mice exhibit spontaneous sporadic seizures unlike wild-type mice
• however, mice do not exhibit interictal epileptic EEG overnight
