mortality/aging
• decreased survival rate in response to i.v C. albicans NBRC1385 infection

immune system
• IgG1 sera levels are elevated 2-4 fold in the sera of 8-10 week old mice compared to controls
• IgG2a sera levels are elevated 2-4 fold in the sera of 8-10 week old mice compared to controls
• IgG2b sera levels are elevated 2-4 fold in the sera of 8-10 week old mice compared to controls
• IgG3 sera levels are decreased in the sera of 8-10 week old mice compared to controls
• submandibular lymph node size increase with age until they are almost 3-fold heavier by 12-16 weeks of age
• this increase is due to opportunistic S. aureus infection, with lymph nodes shrinking after antibiotic treatment
• decreased survival rate in response to i.v C. albicans NBRC1385 infection
