• 3- to 8-fold increase in IgM and IgG antibodies for single stranded DNA; however, this is 2- to 3-fold lower than in mice homozygous for Fas^tm1.1Cgn and mice do not display the increase in double negative T cells or lymphoproliferative disease seen in Fas^lpr homozygotes
