• Mutation details: The targeting vector containing sequences for the linker (G-G-S-G)x2, Venus yellow fluorescent protein, a P2A peptide linker and tdTomato red fluorescent protein, followed by the full coding region of human diphtheria toxin receptor (HBEGF) gene and an Frt-flanked neomycin cassette was inserted immediately prior to the 3' UTR of the C-C motif chemokine ligand 3 (Ccl3) gene.
