Strain of Origin:  129S2/SvPas
Mutation
description
Allele Type:    Endonuclease-mediated (Modified regulatory region)
Mutation:    Intragenic deletion

Mutation detailsThe entire 30.3 kb 3'RR Igh super-enhancer was replaced with a 2.1 kb region comprising only the four core enhancers (hs3a (Rr154), hs1.2 (Rr153), hs3b (Rr155) and hs4 (Rr156) and a loxP site flanked neomycin resistance gene cassette using sgRNAs with CRISPR/Cas9 technology. The neo cassette was removed through subsequent Cre-mediated recombination. (J:346952)
