Mutation details: Cre-mediated inter-chromosomal recombination between Tn(sb-SBlac)15.190909Fsp at chr15:62708797-62708798 (GRCm39) and Tn(sb-SBlac)15.180206Fsp at chr15:63982993-63982994 duplicated approximately 1.27 Mb and leaves one intact copy of the transposon cassette (in reverse orientation) at the duplication junction. The transposon consists of a Sleeping Beauty transposon inverted repeat, loxP site, human beta-globin HBB minimal promoter, the lacZ beta-galactosidase reporter gene, SV40 poly(A) signal sequence, and a Sleeping Beauty transposon direct repeat. The centromeric part of the deleted sequence is part of the Myc topologically associating domain (TAD) and the deletion deletes Myc enhancers Rr38, Rr334, Rr316124, Rr313933, Rr331, Rr307328, Rr332, Rr307330, Rr333, Rr313939 and Rr313944, the Gsdmc gene cluster, Cyrib and the 3' end of Asap1.
