PANX1 (24145) |
CAG promoter is separated from human PANX1 cDNA and EGFP gene by floxed neo cassette, so PANX1 and EGFP only expressed after cre-mediated deletion of neo. Human PANX1 has C-terminal FLAG tag sequences. |
Mutation details: A vector containing the following elements was inserted into intron 1: the CAG promoter, a loxP site, the neomycin resistance gene, a STOP cassette, a second loxP site, a human PANX1 cDNA with C-terminal FLAG tag sequence, an IRES, the EGFP reporter gene and poly(A) signal sequence. The PANX1 and EGFP genes will only be expressed after cre-mediated deletion of the neo-STOP cassette.
