Mutation
description
Allele Type:    Endonuclease-mediated (Modified isoform(s))
Mutations:    Insertion, Intragenic deletion

Mutation detailsThis allele was generated through shotgun CRISPR/Cas9 editing using pooled sgRNAs that targeted each variable exon of the Pcdhg cluster and this allele was found to have a fusion between exons A5 and B8, and additional junctions between A1 and A4, A12 and A9, and B6 and A6 with an insertion of a transposable element and sequence from Anp32a exons 4-7 3-prime of exon A5, which, in sum, left only the variable exons C3, C4, and C5 intact.
Inheritance:    Not Specified
