• Mutation details: Human androgen receptor amino acids 31 to 484 were inserted into the mouse locus. This allele contains 113 glutamine residues in the N terminal and K385R (AAG to AGA) and K518R (AAA to CGA) mutations. A floxed neo cassette was also inserted via homologous recombination. Cre mediated recombination removed the neo cassette. (J:220384)
