RT-qPCR demonstrated the absence of transcripts in retinal samples from homozygous mutant mice. Immunohistochemistry using an anti-GPR75 polyclonal antibody generated against an epitope in the carboxy-terminal tail confirmed the absence of protein in the retina. (J:136110, J:341992)
