• Mutation details: The mouse 2.3-kb amelogenin promoter and intron 1 was used to express a rat ameloblastin cDNA. At the amino terminus of the transgene construct are the mouse dentin sialophosphoprotein (DSPP) signal peptide to ensure transport to the extracellular space and the vesicular stomatitis virus glycoprotein (VSV-G) and human c-Myc epitope tags.
