Mutation
description
Allele Type:    Targeted (Conditional ready, Inserted expressed sequence, No functional change)
Mutation:    Insertion

Mutation detailscDNA encoding the first 214 amino acids of Cd40 were fused to the cDNA encoding the Epstein-Barr latent membrane protein 1 (LMP1) and inserted into a modified ROSA locus that contained a floxed stop, non-expressing RFP and frt-flanked neo cassette. The fusion protein is only expressed following cre-mediated recombination to remove the stop cassette. (J:130768)
