Allele Type: Targeted (Null/knockout, Reporter) Mutation: Insertion Mutation details: pCAGGS-FLPe was microinjected into fertilized eggs obtained from ICR females crossed to Ednra^tm2Hku/+ male mice. Transient expression of flp recombinase results in the removal of the puromycin resistance cassette. Expression of the lacZ gene was confirmed by beta-galactosidase assay. (J:131382)
