Notes
ES cell line = R1 ((129X1/SvJ x 129S1/Sv)F1-Kitl<+>) or EB3 (129P2/OlaHsd). EB3 cells, derived from E14TG2a, carry one allele of Pou5f1 that has been inactivated via targeted integration of E14TG2a ES cells with an IRESBSDpA selection cassette. J:107405 does not mention whether the null allele of Pou5f1 is also present in the line of mice created.
