• Mutation details: The gene was disrupted by replacing exons 1-4 with a PGK-neo cassette and a 1666 bp fragment of human CCNE cDNA via homologous recombination. Absence of gene expression in homozygous mutant animals was confirmed by Western blot analysis using antibodies directed against cyclin D1. Expression of human cyclin E was verified by stripping and reprobing the Western blot with antibodies to human cyclin E. (J:55690)
