Results |
(a) Expression declined >10,000-fold to basal levels in control liver within four weeks after birth. Whereas, levels in knockout liver were comparable at birth but decreased <5-fold in the first four weeks of age, which was followed by the high and constitutive expression throughout adult life. (b) Similar as in the controls. (c) Much higher expression compared with the controls. |
