Mutation details: This transgene contains the HOD antigen composed of in frame fusion of the complete open reading frame of hen egg lysozyme (LYZ) minus the stop codon, chicken ovalbumin (OVAL) open reading fram encoding amino acids 251 to 349 minus the stop codon, and the complete open reading frame of human ACKR1 (also known as Duffy) under the control of the human red blood cell specific beta-globin control region (mu'LCR) and the beta-globin gene intron 2 and 3' enhancer. A founder with germline transmission was established and assign as line 1.
