Notes:
(a) Band contains sequences from exons 1-3, likely a degradation product of the fusion protein.
(b) Expression was reduced by about one-half compared with wild type embryos.
(c) Expression level only ~1/4-1/3 that of the 58-kDa band. Authors suggest that the 32-kDa fragment might be unstable.
(d) Authors report a progressive increase in expression from E8.5 to E13.5.
