Assay notes: This data was summarized in Table 1. The authors mentioned that both autoradiographic and digoxigenin-labelled riboprobe (MGI:5698526) techniques were used, and gave consistent results. Digoxigenin-labelled riboprobe method was somewhat less sensitive; therefore illustrations are based on the autoradiographic procedure.
