The allele produces a chimera with the N-terminal domain of Ceacam1Hv2-r and the C-terminal domain of Ceacam1Hv2-s. A floxed neomycin resistance cassette was inserted downstream of the modified exon 2. Cre-mediated recombination removed the neomycin resistance cassette. (J:198335)
