Northern blot analysis and in situ hybridization of ovarian tissue demonstrated oocyte-specific transgene expression. Immunoblot analysis revealed coexpression of mouse and human ZP2 in oocytes. The molecular mass of the transgenic protein suggests it undergoes post-translational modification similarly to the native human protein. (J:93482)
