Assay notes: The authors used primers that amplified both G6pdx and G6pd2. In the HaeIII-digested samples, the 166bp G6pdx product is cleaved into 100bp and 66bp bands (these data are shown in assay MGI:2657205). A 166bp band in these lanes reflects the presence of the uncleavable G6pd2 product. This assay was to determine the start of transcription.
