TS17: future spinal cord Present Regionally restricted 2G Protein is detected in the locus coeruleus, in the ventral column of motor neuron precursers, which extends caudally from rostral r2. Isl1 expression coincides with that of Gata2 in r4, but extends more ventrally in other parts of the neural tube.
