Molecular description: The targeting construct replaced the open reading frame with a ZsGreen reporter gene, t2a sequence, human diphtheria toxin receptor (HBEGF), t2a sequence, and cre recombinase gene. Flp-mediated recombination removed the FRT-flanked neomycin resistance cassette.
