Molecular description: A 4 kb promoter fragment of Kap drives the expression of cre cDNA in the construct. The construct also contains the intron and polyadenylation sequence of the rabbit beta-globin gene. The purified vector was injected in pronuclei of fertilized eggs from BDF1 x C57BL/6N matings.
