Molecular description: The expression of NLS-cre was driven in the mammary gland and other tissues by MMTV-LTR sequence. The construct consisted of MMTV-LTR followed downstream by a genomic fragment of the rabbit beta globin gene in which nls-cre was inserted into exon 3. The rabbit beta globin and the polyadenylation signal was included.
