Mutation details: The dnUPF1 transgene consists of a tetracycline response element (TRE) and minimal CMV promoter, hemagglutinin (HA) epitope tag fused to the N terminus human UPF1 cDNA with an R844C mutation followed by SV40 transcriptional terminator (pA). Two funder lines were generated. This is line 3438 with 12 to 14 copies of transgene which shows higher and broader expression.
