Mutation details: Two transgenic constructs carrying mouse Lta and Ltb cDNA, respectively, under the control of the rat Cela1 (formerly Ela1) promoter are co-injected into C57BL/N zygotes. Founder lines 40 and 58 were established. Founder 58 is the high-expressing line. Southern blot analysis indicates that 3 copies of the transgene were integrated in the mouse genome.
