Mutation details: A mouse bacterial artificial chromosome (BAC) RP24-384G12 containing the entire Abcb1a gene was modified by insertion of the EGFP/Rpl10a fusion gene (containing a stop codon and polyA stop) between the transcriptional start site and the promoter. No other genes are expressed from the BAC. Part of the Rundc3b gene is present, but it does not appear to be expressed since it is a partial gene. This has been confirmed with RNAseq data from brain tissue from these mice.
