Mice homozygous for a null allele of all Mir34 and Mir449 microRNAs exhibit postnatal lethality, premature death, reduced body weight, blepharoptosis, microphthalmia, hunched posture, abnormal locomotor coordination, decreased thermal nociceptive threshold, and altered number of sub-population of motor synergy encoder neurons.
