• Mutation details: This transgene consists of the entire coding region of human JAK2 with the V617F mutation and the 3' noncoding region under the control of the Vav1 promoter. Line A is expressed in hematopoietic tissues, including the thymus, bone marrow, spleen, peripheral blood, and lymph nodes, but not in various nonhematopoietic tissues except for the lung.
