Six germline founder mice lines, Tr2, Tr3, Tr4, Tr5, Tr6, and Tr7 were generated. Of those 6 germline founders, 4 lines, Tr2, Tr3, Tr5, and Tr7 had abundant cardiac expression of the transgene.
