• Experiment
  Three genomic clones isolated from a 129/Sv library were restriction analayzed and sequenced to show that mouse loci Nppb and Nppa are arranged in tandem and separated 12kb on mouse Chromosome 4. One of the genomic clones (l)mBNP3 contained the complete Nppb gene, intergenic sequences, and 209 bp of Nppa exon one sequence.
