Notes
  • Experiment
Linkage analysis was performed on 371 male (MRL/MpJ x SM/J)F2 intercross mice using 258 SNP markers to identify QTL associated with urinary albumin-to-creatinine ratio (ACR). Parental strain SM/J exhibits higher urinary ACR when compared to MRL/MpJ.

QTL Albq19 maps to 61.8 - 131.8 Mb on Chromosome 4 with a peak LOD score of 5.6 at 53 cM (rs3661158) in linkage with urinary ACR. SM/J alleles confer likelyhood of increased urinary ACR.
