Notes
  • Experiment
Mapping of tumor promotion susceptibility was studied in congenic mouse strains to identify QTL segregating the phenotype. C57BL/6 Psl1ADBA and three subcongenic strains were informative in mapping Psl5(Psl1.1) to a region of mouse Chromsoome 9 between D9Mit112 and D9Mit200 and Psl6 (Psl1.2) between D9Mit316 and D9Mit76. Authors suggest Gsta4 as a candidate gene for Psl6.
