Authors performed FISH analysis on slices of air-dried bone marrow cells and spermatocytes from male mice heterozygous for T(7;11)65H using a probe specific for Igf2. Findings indicated that Igf2 maps distal to the T(7;11)65H breakpoint on mouse Chromosome 7.
