  Authors use Thy19.4, Tla, Tpx-1, Hmt and R4B2 for locus symbols H2-M2, H2-T, Tpx1 and H2-M3 respectively.
• Experiment
  The D17Leh108A and D17Leh108B probe (Tu108) detects several bands associated with H2-T segments, all distal to the Qa2 region (now subdivided into three loci; H2-Q7, H2-Q8, H2-Q9). Tu108 identifies the R1 bands with C3H, not CAS3, confirming their location distal to Qa2 on mouse Chromosome 17.
