GeneAlleleAssay TypeDescription
Mdk PCR amplified length variant primer mk635, primer m41620
Chrm4 PCR amplified length variant primer mk635, primer m41620
Notes
  • Reference
Authors use m4 for locus symbol Chrm4.
  • Experiment
Proof of the proximity of Mdk and Chrm4 on mouse Chromosome 2 was derived from direct PCR amplification of a consistant 1.3kb fragment using primers derived from Mdk and Chrm4 sequences. Mdk and Chrm4 genes are said to transcribe towards one another.
