    PCR analysis of YAC clones indicates that more than one Ott gene may be present in the mouse genome.
  • Experiment
    Southern analysis of male and female EcoRI digested genomic DNA probed with m11 showed a more intense hybridizing band in female mice as compared to that of male mice. The stronger female bands indicate X linkage of Ott.
