• Experiment
  Overlapping clones were physically mapped by restriction analysis and Southern blot to generate a contig encoding IgK-V9, Igk-V20 and Igk-V2 on mouse Chromosome 6. The following arrangement of the sites was reported as follows: `~28kb 5' flanking - Igk-V9- ~10.4kb intergenic sequences - Igk-V20 - ~6.2kb intergenic sequences - Igk-V2 - ~20.8kb 3' flanking sequences.
