Notes
  • Reference
    Authors use Scd-1, Adrb-1 and Cyp2c for locus symbols Scd1, Adrb1 and Cyp2c29 respectively.
  • Experiment
Previous localization of D9Umi1 demonstrates that deleted loci in Del(19)TgN8052Mm are clustered in a region proximal to D19Umi1, and none of the markers distal to D19Umi1 are deleted. It was determined that the minimal deletion is the distance between D19Umi1 and D19Mit11, the most centromeric deleted locus. The maximal size of the deletion is the distance between D19Umi1 and the closest centromeric non-deleted marker, D19Mit20. The length of the deletion is thus approximately 7 cM.
