    Analysis of TaqI digested DNA from 50 random progeny of (C57BL/6 x Mus spretus)F1 x C57BL/6 and F1 x Mus spretus backcrosses mapped Il12b to mouse Chromosome 11 with an LOD of 6.02. An additional 50 genetically defined mice mapped Il12b at 20.21 +/- 4.14cM within the Il3, Il4, Il5, Il13 cytokine cluster.
