Experiment

Based on the fact that T(2;4)1Ca maps to proximal Tyrp1 (brown) and T(3;4)5Rk does not recombine with Tyrp1, the presumed order of the translocations is T(2;4)1Ca, T(3;4)5Rk, T(4;12)47H.
